These are the Instructions for you to obtain UL Listed Product information.

  1. Click this link

  2. Click the UL IQ TM for Plastics link

  3. Register as a new user, OR log in as a returning user

  4. Click on UL File Number

  5. Type 206562 in the box (after the E)

  6. Click Search by File

  7. Scroll through the list and click any grade to get a printable Yellow Card
